Custom Orders

Many of our items are custom made for you when you place an order. Custom order or special order items are ordered when you place your order. Cancellations must be made within 2 days. After 2 days, custom orders are not cancelable.

Because made to order items are ordered specifically for you, payment in full is required when you place your order. Orders are not cancelable once we place the order with the manufacturer. Special order or made to order merchandise is not returnable.

Canceled or refused orders are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the original retail cost plus shipping costs.

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if there is a problem with a custom ordered item.

Delivery times: Because made to order items are made for you after you place your order, production and shipping times posted in the product descriptions are estimates. We make every effort to have your order shipped as quickly as possible. Fournier cannot be responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.
