SHIPPING: Please note that our shipping policy changes from time to time. Please read this page for our current policy. Fournier ships UPS to all 50 United States. We do not ship orders internationally. Deliveries are made Mondays through Saturdays (holidays excluded). Fournier ships UPS ground and orders will be delivered within 7-10 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 5 to 8 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.
Please note, Fournier is not responsible for delayed orders due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies
Refused Shipments will be charged charged a 25% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: Purchases may be returned within 10 days of the day you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.)
In the case of returned items, Fournier will issue store credit in the amount of your return. We do not give refunds except to corporate accounts. STORE CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS.
ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact us to obtain the exchange or return number and the address to which you should send your items. Without a valid return number store credits and exchanges will not be processed.
We ask that you pack your exchange or return in the original package.
All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note that Fournier will pay the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item(s) to you. For any additional exchanges after the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order cancellation Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 20% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred. Furniture, rugs, custom made, and made to order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing an order.
Size exchanges
or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order
the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your
account will be credited when we received your return.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back
in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We
highly recommend insuring your return as we cannot be responsible for
non-receipt of returns, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange
until it has been processed.

SALE MERCHANDISE may be
returned for store credit only.
CHRISTENING, SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES: All in stock special occasion
dresses and christening wear, silk and linen dresses will be charged a 25%
restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to size exchanges. For custom
ordered or special order items, please refer to custom orders policy.
