How long will my order take to ship? Our turnaround time to ship orders is typically 1-2 weeks for non-stock items. In stock items usually ship within 1 to 5 business days, unless specified on the product page.

Do you offer Rush shipping? If you need an order rushed, please contact customer service for rush fees and rush shipping rates.

May I order by phone? You can phone in your order by calling 1.305.677.9993. Our office ours are 8AM to 4PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases? This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.

Do you ship outside the US? Due to the expensive cost of shipping and the lack of tracking control, Fournier does not ship internationally at this time.

Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed? We can usually modify or cancel orders within 24 to 48 hours.

What credit cards do you accept? You can pay by Paypal.

Do you have a catalog? At this time we do not have a printed catalog. If you want to buy an item, our website is your best option. Within the site, you can order online or find a retail partner located in your area.

Where are your products made? Our line of clothing and accessories is made in the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia (South America). All our knitting is made by hand. We provide source of sustainable revenue for more than 60 women.

Do you offer gift wrapping? We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax? Orders processed to be shipped within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax.
